after years of trying to have a mold made for KT front fenders, Vintage Cycle Parts found a NOS fender to have a mold made from - We now have available front fenders for KT250 as well as matched sets of fenders. Our new front fender mold was made from a NOS front fender. The new fender is on the left of the NOS fender. . Here are photos of both fenders. Sold on a Utah Bill of Sale Checked over and work done by a top KT Mechanic (Tom Hooker)
Spark was good, strong 150 compression, Carb was rebuilt using a Vircon Tip Needle.
new o-rings and gasket.
Mechanical functions checked: trans, engine runs great, oiling system, lights, horn, clutch, shocks,
forks all function as they should
Work done: levers, rear brake spring, repro grips, air filter, fork seals.new handmade aluminum side covers. LH switch was rebuilt with new components. New HD chain, new tires, new front brakes shoes, NOS front brake cable, seat redone with new foam and cover. trans fluid changed, new fork boots.
